Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to identify maintenance requirements.

- Carry out installation and replacement of residential equipment and components.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Inspect completed works and prepare basic maintenance reports.

- Experience in MEP maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to identify maintenance requirements and ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and general building systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and replacements for air conditioning systems, electrical fixtures, plumbing components, carpentry items, painting works, gypsum repairs, tiling, waterproofing, and other general home maintenance tasks.
- Carry out the installation and replacement of residential equipment and components, including AC units, lighting fixtures, water heaters, sanitary ware, doors, locks, cabinets, and related accessories.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems using appropriate tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete work orders efficiently, maintain a clean and safe work area, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect completed works, test repaired systems for proper operation, and prepare basic maintenance reports.
