MEP Technical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible MEP Technical Supervisor to join our Technical Services team in Dubai.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Planning and scheduling maintenance, repair and service jobs
• Coordinating technicians, handling site requirements, and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate site visits and inspections, assess site conditions, and document and report all observations effectively for the preparation of detailed inspection reports.
• Providing technical guidance, troubleshooting and ensuring technicians have the required tools and materials
• Preparing and reviewing service reports and job cards.
• Handling emergency breakdown calls when required.
• Ensuring proper use of PPE and site safety compliance, following up on pending works to closure.
• Coordinating with clients regarding complaints and requirements.
• Coordinating with the operations and admin team on quotations and invoices
• Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate entry of all job-related expenses and purchases.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection when required and communicate payment status and collection details to the accounts team promptly.
