Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical works
- Supervise plumbing and drainage works
- Supervise HVAC ductwork
- Supervise air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Lead site workers, allocate tasks, and monitor daily performance
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in MEP and construction projects
- Proven experience in supervising electrical works, plumbing and drainage, HVAC ductwork, air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Ability to read, understand, and work according to engineering and shop drawings
- Strong ability to lead site workers, allocate tasks, and monitor daily performance
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site engineers, subcontractors, and other disciplines
- Candidates currently located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia are preferred
- Must be willing to relocate or travel based on project location within Saudi Arabia
