Parklife Metro is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on the Sydney Metro SSTOM project.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily MEP construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, project standards, and safety requirements
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Review and implement method statements, work packs, ITPs, RFIs, and NCRs
- Support quality assurance processes and maintain accurate site records for reporting to senior engineers and project management
- Identify and resolve technical issues on site in a timely and proactive manner
- Ensure all MEP works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Mentor and support junior site staff to develop skills and maintain high performance standards
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or relevant trade experience with supervisory exposure
- Previous experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role on large scale infrastructure or rail projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and construction methodologies
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

The Opportunity
- We are seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join our site team across the stations. You will be responsible for supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standard
