Responsibilities
- Oversee daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across assigned facilities and projects
- Coordinate and supervise site activities, monitor contractors and technicians
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations and quality requirements
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
- Support facility management initiatives and troubleshoot building systems to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, prepare reports on site performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes
Requirements
- Strong site supervision and site inspections skills, with experience overseeing MEP works in operational facilities or projects
- Knowledge of facility management practices, including planning, executing, and documenting building maintenance activities
- Technical expertise in plumbing systems and building maintenance
- Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or closely related field
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety standards, and best practices for MEP and facility operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple sites or projects
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or digital tools is an advantage

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site MEP Supervisor role based in Dubai.
- The MEP Supervisor will oversee daily mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations across assigned facilities and projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
- Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising site activities, monitoring contractors and technicians, conducting regular site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality requirements.
- The role involves planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting facility management initiatives, and troubleshooting building systems to minimize downtime.
- The MEP Supervisor will collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, prepare reports on site performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance and operational processes.
