- Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil coordination.
- Monitor and guide technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and FM standards.
- Prepare daily reports, maintenance records, and material requests.
- Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and site discipline.
