Role Overview
The MEP Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role oversees day-to-day mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities within assigned facilities.
The position focuses on safe and efficient building systems, maintenance coordination, compliance, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage site supervision and inspections for MEP works and coordinate maintenance teams.
- Monitor building services performance and plan preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Review contractor work, prepare technical reports, and support continuous improvement of facility management processes.
- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure systems and services comply with company standards, relevant codes, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong site supervision and inspection skills with experience overseeing MEP works and safety and quality compliance.
- Hands-on facilities management experience involving hard services and building systems in commercial or mixed-use facilities.
- Practical knowledge of plumbing systems, building maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
- Experience managing maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations, standards, and HSE practices in facilities management.
- Proficiency with CMMS or related maintenance software and basic MS Office applications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for diverse, multicultural teams.
- Previous facilities management or MEP supervision experience within the GCC region.
