Lead MEP Engineer Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP design, coordination, and technical delivery.
- Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and associated building services.
- Review drawings, calculations, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Resolve design conflicts and site coordination issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and support to design and project teams.
Senior Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities
- Develop and review electrical designs, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Perform electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and system design.
- Coordinate electrical services with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural disciplines.
- Prepare and review BOQs, specifications, and design submissions.
- Support construction teams with technical clarifications and design coordination.
- Ensure designs meet applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in MEP consultancy and commercial fit-out projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design, coordination, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage design responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
