Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver MEP projects from initiation through completion
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents for technical accuracy
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, material procurement plans, and manpower deployment plans
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE codes
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve engineering issues during execution
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer (Mandatory)
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated services drawings
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and testing & commissioning requirements
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities

Job Summary
- Firmac Industries LLC is seeking a highly competent and technically strong Site Engineer to manage and execute MEP projects across Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must possess extensive technical knowledge, excellent project coordination skills, and hands on experience in managing electromechanical works in compliance with UAE regulations.
- The candidate must be certified by Dubai Municipality and should have a proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Site visits, Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver MEP projects from initiation through completion.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure technical accuracy.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC activities with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, material procurement plans, and manpower deployment plans.
- Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and applicable UAE codes and standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and resolve engineering issues during project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Verify subcontractor work quality and certify completed works.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong technical understanding of MEP systems.
- Ability to interpret IFC drawings, shop drawings, and coordinated services drawings.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and testing & commissioning requirements.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Dubai Municipality Certified Engineer (Mandatory).
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Additional certifications related to project management or HSE will be an advantage.
