Role Details

• Location is Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• This is a full-time role involving on-site MEP installation and construction coordination.
• Immediate joining is requested; candidates on visit or cancelled visas are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP installations on-site and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate MEP activities with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and project requirements.
• Use AutoCAD to review and modify MEP drawings during construction.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure proper MEP system functioning.
• Maintain drawings, specifications, and work progress documentation.
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a secure working environment.
• Identify and resolve MEP system issues and provide solutions.
• Communicate project updates and concerns to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is compulsory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of MEP Site Engineer experience in the UAE MEP fit-out industry.
• Interior and MEP fit-out project experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting services.
• AutoCAD proficiency for MEP applications.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
