Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for all MEP project phases including preconstruction, procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
- Develop and manage MEP project execution plans including staffing strategy, logistics, phasing, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure MEP work is performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage budget, cost control, and financial performance of MEP scopes.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to align field operations with project schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Serve as primary point of accountability for MEP scope performance and central liaison between ownership, design teams, field leadership, and subcontractors.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience managing MEP scopes on commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installation and coordination
- Proven leadership ability across both field and office teams
- Experience with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, change management, and cost control practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments
- OSHA 30 preferred

Position Overview
- Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) scopes from preconstruction through project closeout.
- This role provides both strategic project leadership and field coordination oversight to ensure MEP systems are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract documents and quality standards.
- The MEP Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for MEP scope performance and acts as the central liaison between ownership, design teams, field leadership, and subcontractors.
Primary Responsibilities

Salary Range
- $200,000 – $215,000 per year
