About the Role
ATS DMCC seeks an experienced MEP Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and promote MEP products in the UAE market. Requires 3+ years of MEP sales experience in the UAE, a valid driving license, and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction and MEP sector
- Promote and sell MEP products and solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate to close sales
- Track project opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of MEP / Building Materials sales experience in the UAE (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and MEP market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Own car is highly preferred
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Good command of English
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred

Job Description
