Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and market share for fabricated steel structures, including ETP, STP, RO skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels, and structural works.
- Identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals with operators, EPCs, and contractors.
- Develop sales strategies, generate leads across upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil & Gas, and manage key decision-maker relationships.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications, present tailored solutions, and support revenue targets.
- Prepare bids, estimates, and presentations with the Estimation team and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, manage CRM records, report performance, and collaborate with technical and operational teams.
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience in a fabrication unit focused on heavy equipment fabrication.
- Oil & Gas sector background and work experience.
- At least 3 years of UAE experience.
- Knowledge of sales for fabricated steel structures such as skids, platforms, piping, pressure vessels, and structural works.
- Confident and results-oriented approach.
