About the Role
Dome Development Contracting Co. is hiring Technical Supervisors for Civil/Architectural and MEP roles in Riyadh. Candidates need a diploma in civil/mechanical engineering, Saudi Engineering Council membership, and at least 2 years of construction project experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise civil/architectural or MEP execution works on site
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements
- Prepare progress reports and address technical observations on site
- For MEP: supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
Requirements
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture (minimum 2 years duration) for Civil/Architectural supervisor
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum 2 years duration) for MEP supervisor
- Valid and active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
- At least 2 years of experience in construction projects for Civil/Architectural supervisor
- At least 2 years of experience in MEP systems for MEP supervisor

- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المشاريع الإنشائية
المهام والمسؤوليات (Civil/Architectural)
- الإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ المدنية او المعمارية بالموقع
- متابعة سير الأعمال والتأكد من مطابقتها للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات ذات العلاقة
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الجودة والسلامة
- إعداد تقارير التقدم ومعالجة الملاحظات الفنية بالموقع

- دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية (مدة لا تقل عن سنتين)
- عضوية سارية ومعتمدة لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في أعمال الأنظمة الميكانيكية (MEP)
المهام والمسؤوليات (MEP)
- الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والاختبارات والتشغيل للأنظمة الميكانيكية
- التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال وفق المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة
- التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والتخصصات الأخرى
- متابعة الجودة والسلامة وتقدم الأعمال بالموقع
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والمساهمة في حل المشكلات أثناء التنفيذ
