Pink Diamond General Contracting is seeking an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor for MEP works in Abu Dhabi. The role involves cost control, interim valuations, variations, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit monthly progress valuations (IPCs)
- Measure and evaluate variations, VO claims, and change orders
- Maintain cost control, CVR, and cost to complete forecasts
- Prepare and verify subcontractor payments and certifications
- Monitor materials on site claims and reconciliation with BOQs
- Assist in EOT claims with commercial substantiation
- Maintain records for final accounts and close out
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions (FIDIC)
- Coordinate with planning, site, and procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering
- 3–7 years experience in Post Contract QS for MEP works
- Strong knowledge of MEP BOQs, re measurement, and contracts
- Experience in UAE MEP projects (villas, high rise, commercial)
