MEP QAQC Engineer

:

• Prepare and maintain ITPs, Method Statements, and MARs for MEP works.
• Coordinate MIRs/WIRs with consultants and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, international standards, and local authority requirements.
• Maintain QA/QC documents, inspection records, and test reports.
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions until closure.
• Review handover documents, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test certificates.
• Coordinate quality matters with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Conduct site audits and ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures.
• Verify materials and installations comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and technical guidance to site teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, attested in the UAE.
• 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in MEP projects, covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, SEWA) and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Experience with ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, MARs, NCRs, and handover documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and attention to detail.
• Experience with project handover for government, residential, and commercial projects.
