About the Role
Mtec Electromechanical Works LLC seeks an MEP QA QC Engineer for high-rise buildings and luxury villas in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing quality plans, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with UAE codes.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), ITP, Method Statement and Procedures
- Review material submittals and pre qualifications
- Maintain Calibration logs
- Identify non conformities, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented
- Perform daily inspections of MEP works (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, ELV, Firefighting)
- Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with consultants for inspections
- Verify that all materials delivered to site are approved, stored properly, and protected
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved method statements
- Prepare and implement Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plans for all MEP systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4 10 years of UAE experience in MEP engineering with focus on QA & QC in high rise buildings, luxury villas, and large residential developments
- Strong understanding of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning processes
- Proven experience in QA & QC processes for MEP systems including inspections, testing, and documentation
- In depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and international quality standards for MEP systems in the UAE
