MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

with a strong technical background in HVAC systems—specifically VRF/VRV and Direct Expansion (DX) setups.

In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) scopes for commercial and residential projects, ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards.

• Project Leadership & Execution: Direct and oversee all MEP project phases from pre-construction to testing, commissioning, and handover.
• HVAC Systems Specialization: Lead the technical review, installation, testing, and balancing of complex HVAC systems, with deep expertise in VRF/VRV and DX systems.
• Value Engineering & Quantities: Perform quantity take-offs, review shop drawings, assess material submittals, and identify value engineering opportunities without compromising performance or standards.
• Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Manage site engineers, subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and specialized HVAC vendors to maintain workflow and quality control.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between client representatives, consultants, main contractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Cost & Schedule Control: Monitor project progress against baseline schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project), manage variations, control MEP budgets, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Enforce QA/QC procedures, ensure compliance with local building codes, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards, and uphold site safety protocols.
