Role Overview

  • A Project Manager specializing in MEP is responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and execution of MEP systems on behalf of the client.
  • This role ensures that all MEP work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your Role

  • Client Representation: Act as primary liaison between client and stakeholders.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Construction Oversight: Manage and supervise MEP contractors and subcontractors.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Prepare and manage MEP budgets, including cost estimation and tracking.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures and standards for MEP work.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of MEP installations, changes, inspections, and tests.
