- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline communication and facilitate the integration of MEP systems into overall project designs
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess compliance with safety regulations, and address any arising issues promptly
Requirements
- 15 20 years of experience in MEP project management
- Experience overseeing design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
