Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP installations from pre construction through handover, ensuring on time, within budget, and quality delivery
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients
- Review and manage technical submittals
- Monitor progress against project schedules and resolve site issues
- Manage project budgets and cost controls
- Lead site meetings and prepare status reports
- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client specifications
- Mentor site teams and promote best practices in MEP delivery
Requirements
- Strong MEP knowledge including coordination of complex building services in data centre or mission critical environments
- Project management skills including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery from pre construction through completion
- Budgeting and cost control skills with experience managing project finances, forecasts, and value engineering
- Expertise in submittals, including reviewing technical documentation and coordinating approvals
- Familiarity with UK building regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and office productivity tools
- Prior experience in data centre or mission critical projects and relevant technical/engineering qualification preferred

Role Description
- The MEP Project Manager is a full time, on site position based in the London Area, UK, supporting major data centre and mission critical construction projects.
- The individual will oversee MEP installations from pre construction through handover, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
