Role Overview
The Design Shop is seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer based in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports interior fit-out projects and requires travel for project assignments when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise MEP works for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing activities on site.
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality and compliance with approved standards.
- Resolve technical and site-related MEP issues.
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and project requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Project Engineer, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Experience in site execution, coordination and project supervision.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for projects when required.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Location and Travel
- The company is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Travel is required depending on project location.
