Lead overall delivery of a major stadium project from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Coordinate with the client, PMC, consultant, authorities, designers, and specialist subcontractors.
Oversee HV, MV, and LV systems, substations, generators, UPS, lighting, stadium floodlighting, BMS, ELV, and emergency systems.
Ensure integration of stadium specialist, broadcast, security, ICT, and event systems.
Lead integrated testing and commissioning, operational readiness, and final handover.
Manage project risks, commercial performance, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
Drive timely resolution of technical, commercial, construction, and interface issues.
Lead and motivate a large, multidisciplinary project team.

Capability to lead delivery of a major stadium project from construction through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Broad technical leadership across MEP, electrical, ELV, ICT, life safety, specialist systems, and testing and commissioning.
