Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sourcing and procurement of MEP equipment and materials, ensuring cost effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with MEP vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize project profitability.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from RFQ issuance to purchase order creation and delivery tracking, optimizing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential MEP suppliers, assess their capabilities, and maintain a qualified vendor database.
