- Experience in MEP services and fit-out works.
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing
- Strong engineering and technical background
- Experience in sourcing technical materials, equipment, and services
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to review technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and commercial offers
- Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
- Experience in technical services, construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred CIPS certification is an advantage
