Responsibilities
- Lead MEP activities across multiple development projects.
- Review and coordinate MEP designs, technical submittals, and shop drawings.

- Monitor site execution, quality standards, and project progress.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Support procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in MEP engineering, design management, or project delivery
- Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large scale projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems
- Familiarity with PPP/EPC project environments is an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent technical, coordination, and problem solving abilities
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and quality standards

Role Overview

- The role is responsible for managing MEP design coordination, technical reviews, construction execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high quality building services from design stage through project handover.
