Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the complete NOC renovation and interior project from planning to final handover.
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control for materials, workmanship, and completed work.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, management, and internal departments.
- Supervise civil, interior, partition, false ceiling, flooring, painting, furniture, and other building works.
- Coordinate and supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety, ELV, and other MEP works.
- Read architectural, civil, electrical, and MEP drawings and ensure execution follows approved plans.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, quality, measurements, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve day-to-day execution issues with concerned agencies.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final handover.
- Maintain drawings, measurements, work records, warranties, and project documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma, B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in building renovation, interior fit-out, MEP coordination, or construction supervision.
- Experience in commercial office, NOC, data centre, or technical facility projects is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of building interiors, space planning, MEP services, and construction execution.
- Good contractor and vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently coordinate multiple agencies and departments and drive the project to completion.
Pay
- ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month.
