Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an MEP Engineering Instructor.
The instructor will design and deliver engaging course materials and training sessions on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
Additional responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, guiding students through practical exercises, assessing progress through assignments and exams, and staying updated on the latest industry trends to ensure content relevance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience in training delivery, lesson planning, and educational program design
- Proficiency in technical tools and software for MEP design and analysis
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students
- Ability to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields
- Previous teaching or training experience is a strong advantage
- Passion for education and skills development
