Our company is seeking to attract exceptional engineering talent for the position of MEP Engineer (Technical Office and Site) to work on the preparation of shop drawings and the verification of site measurements and their counterparts.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and verify shop drawings and as-built drawings for all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Sanitary, and Drainage).
Conduct precise site measurements and coordinate them with architectural and structural drawings to avoid any clashes (Clash Detection).
Coordinate site activities and resolve technical issues during the installation and fit-out phases.
Prepare and quantify actual quantities and their counterparts with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in contracting projects and interior fit-out works.
Proficient in engineering drafting and design software: AutoCAD.
Strong skills in site measurements and reading architectural drawings, and resolving technical clashes.
Ability to work on-site and manage time effectively.
