Role Overview
Join the team as an experienced MEP Engineer supporting villa and residential projects.
The role requires strong practical experience in electrical and plumbing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage MEP works on-site.
- Monitor electrical and plumbing works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage site teams, technicians and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, quantities and material requirements.
- Prepare and review MEP quotations and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other project disciplines.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Maintain quality standards and project schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in villa and residential projects.
- Strong experience in electrical and plumbing works.
- Experience in pricing, quantity take-off and cost estimation.
- Strong site management and supervision experience.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Previous Qatar market experience is preferred.
