MEP Engineer – Project Execution

Full job description

Seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP works for industrial, warehouse, and fact.

• Lead and manage the MEP execution and delivery of industrial, warehouse, and factory projects.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Supervise site execution, progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover of MEP systems.
• Lead and coordinate MEP teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project requirements, identify technical issues, and coordinate timely solutions.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, material requirements, and commercial aspects of MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years’ experience in a senior MEP role.
• Proven experience in industrial, warehouse, and factory projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems.
• Experience in execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Strong team, subcontractor, and client/consultant management skills.
• Good commercial and budget management skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• UAE construction: 1 year (Required)

• English and Hindi (Required)
