Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building and industrial projects
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams
- Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation
- Review contractor submittals
- Perform site inspections and resolve MEP related issues during construction
- Optimize building services for efficiency and reliability
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to support successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or related discipline
- Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar
- Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems
- Plumbing expertise covering water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven experience in construction or industrial projects within Oil & Gas, Energy, or Utilities is beneficial

Role Description
- Plan, design, and oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for building and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and structural teams, prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation, and review contractor submittals.
- Perform site inspections, resolve MEP related issues during construction, and optimize building services for efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and clients to support successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, including experience with Building Services design and implementation.
- Skills in MEP Coordination, with the ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with architectural and structural elements.
- Solid Electrical Engineering knowledge, including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
- Plumbing expertise, covering water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).
- Experience with design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar) and familiarity with applicable codes and standards.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
