Project Execution and Supervision
- Supervise installation of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress against the project schedule.
Drawing Review and Coordination
- Review MEP and shop drawings with civil and architectural teams.
- Identify and resolve design clashes using coordinated drawings.
- Ensure MEP services integrate with structural and finishing works.
Planning and Resource Management
- Assist with MEP schedules in line with overall project planning.
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for execution.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of MEP materials.
Quality Assurance and Testing
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and specifications.
- Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing and commissioning of systems.
- Prepare checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
Billing and Documentation
- Verify MEP quantities and support preparation of RA and subcontractor bills.
- Maintain records of work progress, material consumption, and approvals.
