Role Overview
Coordinate the main contractor's MEP delivery and appointed MEP subcontractors on site.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, fire alarm, and ELV subcontractor works.
- Review scopes, method statements, mobilisation plans, resource loading, and programme commitments.
- Monitor progress, issue look-ahead requirements and delay notices, and drive recovery plans.
- Coordinate MEP routing, openings, sleeves, inserts, and interfaces with other construction trades.
- Review shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and material submittals and track approvals.
- Manage RFIs and technical queries and resolve site constraints and design gaps.
- Track procurement, long-lead deliveries, and material compliance against approved submittals.
- Enforce the project quality plan and monitor testing and pre-commissioning.
- Ensure delivery of handover documents including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test records.
Qualifications

Codes and Standards
- Apply the Saudi Building Code and requirements of Civil Defence, electricity and water authorities, and the municipality.
- Apply commonly used international standards including ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, IEC, and BS.
