Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines
- Review MEP shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and coordination drawings before submission
- Identify and resolve clashes using coordination drawings and BIM models
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractor for smooth execution
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are executed per approved drawings and schedules
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare follow up action items
- Support material submittals, shop drawing submissions, RFIs, and technical clarifications
- Coordinate ceiling layouts, builders’ work openings, sleeves, and service routing
- Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and compliance
- Assist in preparing progress reports, tracking logs, and resolving technical issues
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and authority inspections when required
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in MEP coordination with architectural, structural, and civil disciplines
- Experience in reviewing MEP shop drawings and coordination drawings
- Proficiency in BIM models (Navisworks/Revit preferred)
- Ability to identify and resolve clashes using coordination drawings
- Experience in site inspections and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities
