Posting Overview

Project Delivery
- Lead MEP work from design review through commissioning and handover.
- Develop schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and façade teams.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with specifications, international standards, and UAE authority requirements.
Authorities and Commercial Control
- Liaise with Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Civil Defence.
- Manage MEP budgets, project costs, subcontractor payments, variation orders, and claims.
- Track procurement and material delivery schedules and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors and prepare progress reports.
