Requirements

- Minimum 2 4 years of experience as MEP Electrical site engineer in MEP fit out industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee and manage MEP installations on site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate MEP activities with overall project requirements.
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying MEP drawings as needed during the construction phase.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work progress reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is compulsory.
- Minimum of 2 4 years of experience as a MEP Electrical site engineer in the MEP fit out industry.
- Experience in both Interior and MEP fit out projects is preferred.
- Knowledge in all MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Fighting).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Previous experience as an MEP Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
