About the Role
Toivo Star Oil and Gas Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to manage and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for MEP projects. The role involves design review, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical, and firefighting systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and review MEP systems including calculations, drawings, and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works
- Plan, schedule, and monitor MEP activities to meet project milestones
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, main contractors, and subcontractors for approvals and inspections
- Supervise site installation works ensuring compliance with quality standards and approved drawings
- Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and work inspection requests (WIRs)
- Ensure all activities follow project QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements
- Liaise with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
- Attend progress meetings and provide technical support to site engineers and supervisors
- Manage testing, pre commissioning, and commissioning of all MEP systems
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, or delays, reporting to the Project Manager as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in MEP construction/Interior Fitout projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design & installation, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM (Navisworks or similar), and other relevant MEP software

- Supervise site installation works, ensuring compliance with quality standards and approved drawings.
- Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, and work inspection requests (WIRs).

Qualifications & Skills
