Responsibilities
- Produce coordinated MEP shop drawings across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
- Detect and resolve clashes between services and with structural/architectural elements before site execution
- Develop combined services drawings (CSD) integrating HVAC, CHW piping, drainage, water supply, firefighting, electrical containment, and FA/ELV routing
- Run clash detection and produce clash reports; coordinate resolution with discipline engineers
- Maintain coordinated ceiling void zoning, levels, and priority of services
- Incorporate consultant/authority comments into revised coordinated sets
- Prepare builder's work (BWIC) drawings and penetration schedules
- Maintain drawing registers and revision control
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–2 years UAE/GCC MEP coordination experience
- AutoCAD mandatory; Revit MEP mandatory
- Understanding of services priority, ceiling void coordination, and clash resolution logic
- Familiarity with ADDC/ADCD/Tabreed and ASHRAE/NFPA requirements
- UAE driving license preferred

Role Summary
