About the Role
KPS is seeking an MEP Designer with 5+ years of experience to develop and coordinate MEP drawings using CAD/Revit for various project stages. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE authority submission requirements and MEP coordination principles.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP drawings using CAD/Revit software for all project stages
- Prepare authority submission drawings and support the approval process with relevant authorities
- Produce accurate and detailed MEP drawings in accordance with project specifications
- Maintain organized and up to date records of all project drawings and revisions
- Review and quality check drawings prior to issue and submission
- Coordinate with architectural, interior design, structural, and specialist contractor teams
- Provide technical support during project delivery
- Prepare detailed MEP sections, elevations, and installation details
- Prepare coordinated Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) and low level coordination drawings
- Prepare coordinated builders' work drawings
- Assist in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field
- 5 years’ working experience in MEP drafting and design
- Strong working knowledge of MEP drafting standards and coordinated drawing production
- Strong working knowledge of UAE authority submission requirements
- Strong working knowledge of MEP coordination principles
- Demonstrated working knowledge of CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit
- Demonstrated working knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Demonstrated strong planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated communication skills

Job Purpose
- Develop and coordinate MEP drawings, models, and technical documentation for Traditional and Design & Build projects.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integration with architectural, interior design, technical design, and site requirements.
- Work under the guidance of the Lead MEP Engineer to support efficient project delivery.
