Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for building construction projects
- Ensure integration of MEP works with architectural and structural works
- Review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to align MEP execution with project schedules and quality standards
- Monitor installation progress, conduct site inspections
- Support testing and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, client requirements, and company procedures
- Prepare and update method statements, material submittals, and progress reports
- Support health, safety, and environmental practices on site
Requirements
- Strong MEP coordination skills including experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in building construction projects
- Technical skills in reading and interpreting drawings, preparing shop drawings, and using CAD/BIM tools and relevant MEP design software
- Skills in project planning and control, including scheduling, progress tracking, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of applicable building codes, standards, and regulations, including MEP installation practices and safety requirements
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or related field
- Relevant MEP coordination experience in the UAE or GCC
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work on multiple projects under time and budget constraints
- Familiarity with ISO based quality, environmental, and safety standards

Role Description
- The MEP Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for building construction projects, ensuring integration with architectural and structural works.
