Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules, ensuring all MEP systems meet design intent and performance criteria
- Oversee the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, verifying airflow, temperature, and humidity levels
- Lead the functional performance testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls
- Coordinate and witness the testing of plumbing and fire protection systems, confirming water flow rates, pressure, and system functionality
- Manage the generation and review of detailed commissioning reports, documenting test results, deficiencies, and resolutions
- Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems including Plumbing & Drainage, Electrical Lighting & Power Distribution, HVAC, LPG Supply & Safety, ELV Systems, and BMS Integration

- Oversee the testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, verifying airflow, temperature, and humidity levels are within specified parameters.
- Lead the functional performance testing of electrical systems, including power distribution, emergency generators, and lighting controls, to ensure reliability and safety.
- Coordinate and witness the testing of plumbing and fire protection systems, confirming water flow rates, pressure, and system functionality.
- Manage the generation and review of detailed commissioning reports, documenting test results, deficiencies, and resolutions for client and project team.
- Lead commissioning and troubleshooting of critical systems, including: Plumbing & Drainage Systems, Electrical Lighting & Power Distribution, HVAC, LPG Supply & Safety Systems, ELV Systems (including CCTV, BMS, security system, fire alarm, etc.), Building Management System (BMS) Integration.
