You will:Develop Goal Plans with parents to identify short and long-term education and employment goalsUnderstand the Labour market and provide suitable career advice on local employment and education opportunities Use your influencing skills to connect with employers and RTO's and build strong relationships to help parents secure a suitable activity or employment.
