Mendix Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Mendix Web Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise web applications on the Mendix low-code platform for a client-embedded, full-time onsite role.

This position requires hands-on Mendix development expertise combined with the ability to engage directly with Arabic-speaking business stakeholders on requirements, technical discussions, and project updates.

The ideal candidate will work within an Agile delivery team, translating business needs into scalable Mendix solutions while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.

Role Overview

Role: Mendix Developer – Web Development
Language Requirement: Arabic and English (Arabic speakers preferred due to business requirements)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Work Arrangement: Full-time, onsite, 1-year contract (extendable)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and working Mendix solutions.
Develop and maintain microflows, nanoflows, domain models, business logic, and reusable components.
Develop and customize Mendix widgets and user interfaces as required.
Integrate Mendix applications with REST APIs, web services, databases, and backend systems.

3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.
Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying web applications using Mendix.
Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro.
Hands-on experience with microflows, nanoflows, domain modeling, business logic, and application security.
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and backend system integrations.
Good understanding of web application architecture and database integration.
Experience with responsive web application development and UI customization.
Professional fluency in Arabic, spoken and written.
Professional proficiency in English, spoken and written.
Ability to conduct requirements discussions, technical conversations, demonstrations, and project updates professionally in Arabic.
