Requirements

- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) in industrial equipment, energy, or process industries
- Effective Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Familiarity with combustion systems, heat transfer equipment, or process plant design
- Knowledge of MENA industrial markets, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel within MENA region

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site MENA Product Engineer role based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- The MENA Product Engineer will support development, localization, and optimization of combustion and process equipment solutions for customers across MENA region.
- Day to day responsibilities include collaborating with regional sales and technical teams, configuring product solutions, and supporting product design adaptations.
- The role involves coordinating with global R&D and engineering teams, preparing technical proposals, and providing technical support during project execution and after sales phases.
- The MENA Product Engineer will also analyze market feedback, monitor competitor offerings, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Engineering and Product Design skills
- Solid Analytical Skills
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), especially in industrial equipment, energy, or process industries
- Effective Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Familiarity with combustion systems, heat transfer equipment, or process plant design is an advantage
- Knowledge of MENA industrial markets, regulations, and standards related to refining, petrochemicals, or energy sectors is preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and travel within the MENA region
