  • The UAE launch will follow the social sporting calendar in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Membership Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain members.
  • Manage the full membership lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, renewals, and retention.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
  • Respond promptly to member enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse membership trends and prepare regular reports on membership growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Develop member communications, including newsletters, updates, and promotional materials.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance member benefits and value.

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a programme of in person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
  • Source and manage venues, suppliers, speakers, and exhibitors.
  • Coordinate event marketing and promotional campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee event registration, attendee communications, and logistics.
  • Manage on site event delivery, ensuring a high quality participant experience.
  • Conduct post event evaluations and recommend improvements.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, sponsors, speakers, and suppliers.
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to support events and membership initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation at events and networking opportunities.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage membership and event budgets.
  • Monitor event income and expenditure to achieve financial targets.
  • Process invoices, sponsorship income, and membership payments where required.

Marketing and Communications

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote membership and events.
  • Create engaging content across email, website, and social media channels.
  • Ensure branding and communications remain consistent across all member and event activities.

Reporting and Administration

  • Prepare regular reports on membership performance, event outcomes, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain policies, procedures, and documentation relating to membership and events.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.

Skills and Experience Essential

  • Experience managing membership programmes, events, or customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and event management platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Skills and Experience Desirable

  • Experience within a membership organisation, professional association, charity, or not for profit.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event technologies.

Working Arrangements

  • This role requires flexibility, including evening and weekends, to cover events and produce live or time sensitive content.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Full time in office / at events.
