Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with a hybrid schedule.
- Three days per week are on-site during probation, transitioning to a minimum of eight on-site days per month afterward.
Term and Schedule
- This is a two-year full-time term.

Compensation
- Salary is listed as CAD 64,761 to CAD 80,991; the compensation cadence is not specified.

About the Opportunity
Support the professional and financial well-being of members across Canada through group benefits, insurance and financial programs.
Work within the Finance function alongside the National Program Manager in a small, collaborative team.
Build relationships with insurance providers, financial services partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate member insurance, financial and group benefits programs using data and program metrics.
- Prepare reports and translate program data and outcomes into meaningful stakeholder insights.
- Build partner relationships and advocate for participants to support timely resolution of concerns.
- Collaborate on RFPs, program criteria and bid evaluations.
- Review marketing and educational materials and coordinate updates with partners and communications professionals.
- Monitor website analytics, program engagement and industry trends and recommend program improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in group benefits and the insurance industry, including experience as a plan sponsor.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience monitoring and improving programs, services or products, with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices; RFP experience is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Corporate liability program experience and an equity, diversity and inclusion lens are assets.
Language and Screening
- Strong written and spoken English is required.
- French language skills are an asset.
- Criminal record, education, credit and reference checks are required.
