Malahide Partners is expanding its Board of Advisors.
The firm helps technology companies raise $1 million to $100 million in debt and equity.
Its capabilities include equity advisory, debt advisory, capital markets, structured credit, and IPO advisory.
Advisor Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on firm direction, deal positioning, and market approach.
- Use institutional networks to support capital raising, investor introductions, and business development.
- Participate in advisory board meetings and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Assist with origination and execution of equity, debt, and structured transaction mandates.
- Support marketing initiatives and strengthen the firm’s profile with institutional allocators.
- Work with senior management and other board members to identify and capture growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience at a bulge bracket investment bank, elite boutique, or leading private equity firm.
- Strong institutional network across asset managers, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, or allocators.
- Proven track record raising capital for technology companies, in capital markets, or in M&A advisory.
- Deep understanding of deal structuring and capital raising across multiple asset classes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing and business development within financial services.
- Previous board advisory or senior advisory experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute meaningfully to a fast-growing firm.
Workplace and Compensation
- This is a remote, commission-based role.
