The Opportunity
- We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale our next generation Kubernetes platform powering enterprise environments.
- This platform serves as the foundation for AI/ML workloads, GPU infrastructure, and enterprise applications, delivering hyperscaler like capabilities across on prem and hybrid cloud deployments.
About The Team
- We are building a next generation Kubernetes platform (NKP) for enterprise AI and modern applications.
- The team owns the full stack—from cluster lifecycle and fleet management to multi tenancy and AI workload orchestration (including GPU management).
- We operate as a highly collaborative, globally distributed team spanning the US, Europe, and India.
Your Role

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid: Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in locations where the workplace policy applies.
Pay Transparency
- The pay range for this position is expected to be between CAD 100,800 and CAD 151,200 per year.
- Total compensation may include sign on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and benefits.
