About the Role
Musly Club is seeking a Member Experience Associate in Dubai to be the human heartbeat of its private members club. The role involves onboarding members, planning events, writing communications, and supporting operations.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for members across email and in app
- Onboard new members and make thoughtful introductions across the network
- Help plan and run member experiences and events across cities
- Write member facing communications: welcome emails, announcements, event invites, updates
- Gather member feedback and surface insights to the team
- Keep member records and CRM clean and current
- Attend all meetings and report to CEO; perform additional generalist work as needed
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator in English
- High emotional intelligence
- Organized, reliable, and detail obsessed
- Culturally fluent and comfortable building relationships within a global Muslim professional community
- Based in Dubai

What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for members warm, responsive, on brand communication across email and in app
- Onboard new members and make thoughtful introductions across the network
- Help plan and run member experiences and events across our cities from intimate dinners to larger gatherings
- Write member facing comms: welcome emails, announcements, event invites, updates
- Gather member feedback, spot what's working (and what isn't), and surface insights to the team
- Pitch in across product, marketing, and ops genuinely whatever the day needs
- Keep member records and our CRM clean and current
- Attend all meetings and report to CEO. Do additional generalist work that the CEO asks
Who you are
- A recent graduate or someone with 0–2 years of experience, hungry to grow fast
- An exceptional written and verbal communicator in English
- High emotional intelligence you genuinely love people and making connections
- Organized, reliable, and detail obsessed
- Culturally fluent and comfortable building relationships within a global Muslim professional community
- A scrappy generalist who thrives on variety, ambiguity, and ownership
- Based in Dubai but we’re flexible on location no relocation if not in Dubai
Bonus points
- Arabic or french fluency
- Events or hospitality experience
- Startup experience
- A good eye for design (Canva/decks)
